About
This site is run by the team that builds Hypris. We say so up front, because it changes how some of the sentences here should be read.
Who writes this
hypris.ai is published by HYPRIS LABS — the same team that builds Hypris, a system for running a company's work. A content site run by a software vendor has a conflict of interest built into it, and there is no point pretending otherwise.
So instead of pretending, we hold to a few rules. The articles do not sell: a piece describes a problem and the ways it gets solved, not the features of one tool. We do not quote statistics we have nowhere to get — if there is a number in a piece, there is a source next to it. And we do not write up customer results, because somebody else's outcomes retold in our words is a genre that always ends the same way.
When we do write about what Hypris can do, we do it in a marked-off place and call it what it is — as in the two sections below.
What Hypris is
Hypris is a system where a company runs its work in one place: communication, data and action, instead of six tools you keep retyping the same thing between.
It covers a few areas:
- Dashboards and metrics — Progress, workload and indicators visible as they stand, in a single view.
- Tasks and projects — Planning, assigning and tracking work — with subtasks, priorities and dependencies.
- Communication where the work is — Comments, threads and mentions attached to the thing being discussed, not sitting in a separate chat.
- Data and files — Documents and attachments in one space, with access control and revision history.
- Cloud workspace — Access from anywhere, synced between people in real time.
- Access and permissions — Roles, permissions and data visibility set structurally, rather than clicked through person by person.
The same data is read five ways — as a map, a table, a kanban board, a calendar or a timeline. One source and five perspectives, not five copies somebody has to reconcile.
Beyond the application there is an API and an n8n node — verified by n8n rather than community-published. Databases, items, properties, views, files, workspaces and time entries can be driven through it as steps in an automation flow, without writing code. The node performs actions: something else starts the flow, and Hypris is a step inside it rather than the source of the event.
What the AI in Hypris does
This is the part where overstatement comes easiest, so let us be precise about what the list below is and is not. These are capabilities that exist in the product. They are not accounts of customer deployments, and they are not promises about outcomes — we have no honest way to show either, so we do not.
- A database, a filter or a formula from a description — The shape of a table, a filter condition and a calculated expression come out of describing what you need in plain language, rather than assembling it in a configurator.
- Record summaries — The model summarises a single record together with its fields. Instead of reading twenty fields, you read a paragraph.
- AI inside documents — An instruction carried out on a selected passage, and continuation of the text you have started.
- An MCP server — Hypris exposes its data and operations over the Model Context Protocol, so an outside AI client — Claude and others — can work with them. Always at the permissions of the account the connection was set up with.
- A voice agent in calls — A participant that listens, recognises speech and answers out loud.
- Automations — Rules fired by an event or a schedule — the part that happens without asking a model for an opinion.
We keep those last two apart on purpose, because conflating them is the most common source of disappointment with AI at work: an automation does the same thing every time, a model decides as it goes. They are two different tools for two different kinds of work, and what separates them shows up mainly when the situation departs from the one somebody planned for.
Why this site exists
The reason is plain: we want somebody typing a question about AI at work into a search box to land on a piece that actually answers it — rather than three paragraphs of generalities and a contact form.
The content splits into five areas. Each has one guide covering the subject end to end, and articles that take single threads further. Everything is produced in Polish and in English, in both cases as its own piece rather than a sentence-by-sentence translation.
If you find an error — factual or linguistic — write to kontakt@hypris.com. We will fix the text and show the update date on it.
See what this looks like in practice
Hypris is a work platform with a built-in AI agent that acts only after you approve it. Your whole company, its data and its agents in one place — field crews included.
No strings attached. We show a working product, not a slide deck.
