Who the controller is

The data controller is HYPRIS LABS sp. z o.o., registered in the Polish National Court Register under KRS 0000662980.

What we do not do

This site has no user accounts, keeps no database and does not profile visitors. We do not sell or share data for advertising. There are no ads and no social network plugins embedded here.

Cookies and consent

Before you answer the consent question, the site stores no analytics cookies on your device. Google Analytics loads in Consent Mode v2 with every category denied by default, so until you consent only anonymous signals without a user identifier are sent.

Once you consent, the cookies _ga and _ga_C71WZEH3HG appear. They let us recognise a returning browser and count sessions.

Your decision is kept in your browser's local storage. You can change it at any time — every page has a “Privacy settings” link in the footer that clears the choice and brings the question back.

Google Analytics

We use statistics to learn which pieces get read, so we can write more of what is actually needed. The service is provided by Google. Data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area, on the terms Google describes.

The legal basis is your consent. Withdrawing it does not affect what was collected earlier, but it stops collection from that moment on.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address goes to the provider that handles delivery. The site does not store it — it has no database of its own. Along with the address we pass the language of the page you subscribed from and the time of subscription.

The legal basis is consent. You can unsubscribe with one click in the footer of any message.

Hosting and logs

The site runs on Render, in the Frankfurt region inside the European Union. Like any web server it records technical request data — IP address, time, requested URL and browser type. This is used solely to keep the service running and secure.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, erased or its processing restricted, the right to object, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.

You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland if you believe we process data unlawfully.

Changes

When what the site collects changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top says when.
